Distribution of food packs and hygiene kits in 14 provinces
The quality of life is a privilege, because while some live the lifestyle of luxury, others just do not even survive to see their own death.
Winter season has set in, and while we have the luxury of snuggling into that quilt or blanket with enough food, unfortunately, there are many people who struggle to survive in this freezing weather.
Life itself is challenging and humans have made it more complex by categorizing it. Where the rich are getting richer and the poor are dying for food. Seeing this situation is heartbreaking, since hunger, lack of education and homelessness are all common problems.
Qamar Foundation distributes food and hygiene kits annually in Afghanistan’s different provinces; last year, 5000 families received food packs and hygiene kits, and this winter, we redistributed food packs and hygiene kits to 3000 families, starting from November 25, and ending on December 6, 2022.
In Nov and Dec, we distributed food packs and hygiene kits to 3,000 families in 14 different provinces, benefiting nearly 21,000 people. The provinces are categorized as follows:
Laghman, Nangarhar, Kunar, Logar, Wardak, Parwan, Ghazni, Zabul, Kandahar, Paktya, Khost, Kapisa, Baghlan, and Panjshir.
